By downloading, installing, or using SetsNReps ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SetsNReps is a fitness tracking application designed for traditional strength training. The App allows users to log workouts, track sets, reps, and weight, and analyze their training progress.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or continue as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

SetsNReps offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features include advanced analytics, AI assistant recommendations, and cloud backup. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all workout data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

7. Health Disclaimer

SetsNReps is intended for informational and tracking purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program. You use the App and follow any workout suggestions at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Augmntd Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
